Arafat Romeo completed his BTEC Aeronautical Engineering from 

the College of Aviation Technology and now he is research intern

in the NASA lab of the wichita State University.

 

Mohd. Enamul Haque:

A boy from Potuakhali, came to Dhaka to reach his destination. He always dreamt to work in Airport as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. His dream became true after admitting in the College of Aviation Technology. He visited Hazrat Shajalal International Airport, Dhaka, Shah mokdum Airport, Rajshahi, Cox’s Bazar Airport during his study in the College of Aviation Technology. After completion his study, he started his Aircraft maintenance career in the Cargo Airline Easy Fly Express Ltd. During his one year experience in Aircraft Maintenance in the Cox’s Bazar Airport, he earned knowledge in Aircraft HS-748 under Engr. Harmann. Then he successfully completed all 13 modules of Exams of EASA Part 66 AML Cat B1 and went to the Lufthansa Technik AG Shannon Aerospace Limited. Now he is working as trainee in the line and base Maintenance in the Hanger of Shannon Aerospace Limited in Shannon Airport, Ireland.

Md. Anik Mahamud:

I was born up in Jessore. When birds are flying, I always thought if I could fly like them! In my childhood, I always thought to be an Aerospace Engineer and work with Aircraft of different types. My dreams come true, after getting admission in the College of Aviation Technology. I could develop my technical handskill in my study period. I am now in Ireland doing Internship in the Shannon Airport. Every day different types of Aircraft landing and takeoff in the Airport and I am working in Line Maintenance of those flying vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for all Bangladeshi students that they can get the opportunity to do their OJT in the Shannon Aerospace Limited and get the EASA Part 66 Cat A, B1/B2 AML. College of Aviation Technology is now in the MTOE of the Shannon Aerospace limited and approved by the IAA.

Mohammad Shoriful Hoque:

I am from Mirpur Dhaka. After completion my HSC, I got admission in the Aerospace Engineering in the College of Aviation Technology. It was very nice to study in the friendly environment of the College of aviation Technology. In the College of Aviation Technology, students have excellent opportunity to develop their technical handskill in the Aircraft Maintenance. I got lot of experience of different types of Aircraft from the College of Aviation Technology.  Now I am in the On-The Job-Training in the Shannon Aerospace Limited in Shannon Airport in Ireland. My supervisor Matthew Shelton is very helpful. It is my pleasure to experience from the Shannon Aerospace Limited, a world reputed Maintenance Organization.

Abu Mahdi Arefin:

I completed my HSC from the Milestone College, Uttara. I am also living in the Uttara. After completing HSC from the Milestone College, I got admission in the Aerospace Engineering in the College of Aviation Technology. I am enchanted when I went to Ireland through the College of Aviation Technology for the Internship in the Shannon Airport. The training quality of the Shannon Aerospace is very high standard. Everyday in the morning, when I go to the Shannon Airport, I feel really very proud that I got this opportunity. The flavor of experience of the Lufthansa Technik AG Shannon Aerospace really great.

Saad Mahmud Saykat:

 I am a boy from Banani and finished my HSC from the Milestone College, Uttara. Then I got admission in the College of Aviation Technology in Aeronautical Engineering and started my Aircraft maintenance career as trainee in the Shannon Aerospace limited in Shannon Airport. I am working in both line and base maintenance in the Hanger of the Shannon Aerospace that give me an excellent opportunity to get the world class technical hnadskill. Now I am able to maintain Boeing 737 series, Airbus A320. I am really very glad to be a member of the Shannon Aerospace limited.

Omor Faruk:

I am from Comilla. I always wanted to work with live aircraft in Airport. I could reach my destination after admitting in the College of Aviation Technology and got chance in the Internship in the Lufthansa Technik AG Shannon Aerospace limited. We are learning a lot every day having experience with line and base maintenance. Every day different rypes of aircraft of Lufthansa, SAS are landing in the Shannon Airport and we are maintaining those aircrafts. I would love to take this opportunity to thank the College of aviation Technology and Shannon Aerospace Limited for creating new era for Bangladeshi students.

Skeikh Nazmus Sakib:

I was wondered to know that I have opportunity to do Internship in European Airport and it is in the Lufthansa Technik AG Shannon Aerospace Limited in Shannon Airport in Ireland in the line and base maintenance.  I did not hesitate for a single moment. I took this opportunity at instance and the fruit is that I am now getting experience of Boeing, Airbus Aircrafts of SAS, Lufthansa etc. Thank Allah for giving me this excellent opportunity.

Masud Bin Mamun:

I was just astonished when I got the letter of acceptance for the Internship in the Shannon Aerospace Limited. I could not believe myself.  I am now an intern of the Shannon Aerospace Limited in the line and base maintenance in Shannon Airport. I am very pleased with the quality training of the SAL. I completed Workshop Practical Training and Aircraft Practical Training in six months. Then I started my OJT in the Hanger of the Shannon Aerospace Limited. I am now confidant that I can maintain Aircraft of the  Boeing and Airbus. I have also successfully completed all 13 modules of EASA Part 66 Cat B1 AML. I got the Logbook from the Irish Aviation Authority. I am enchanted with the beauty of Shannon specially in winter when snow comes all around and the whole country become white and the sky also white, the colour of purity. When I walk through the middle of the river, I feel that I am in another planet. Even I cannot imagine myself seems that I am in dream.

Md. Maksudur Rahman:

I am from Uttarkhan, Dhaka. I finished my Higher Secondary school certificate from the Milestone College and admitted in the College of Aviation Technology in aeronautical Engineering. I have completed successfully all the 13 modules of the EASA Part 66 Cat B1 AML. Then I went to the Shannon Aerospace Limited in Ireland. I took part in the Workshop Practical Training (WPT). After completing WPT I joined in the Aircraft Practical Training (APT). After Successful completion of the APT, I am now in the OJT in the Line and Base maintenance in the hanger of the Shannon Aerospace Limited in Shannon Airport. We are maintaining aircrafts of the Scandinavian Air Service (SAS) and Lufthansa. Every moment is challenging here. I am enjoying myself here in Shannon.

Irish People are very polite and helpful.

Abu Sufian Munna:

After completing HSC from Narayangonj, I decided to admit in the Aeronautical Engineering and got admission in the College of Aviation Technology. I have completed BTEC Level 5 Aeronautical Engineering from CATECH and joined in the EASA Part 66 AML Cat B1. After successful completion of all 13 modules of Exams, I got the opportunity to do Workshop Practical Training, Aircraft Practical Training and OJT in the Shannon Aerospace Limited, A Lufthansa Technik AG Company. I learnt a lot about aircraft maintenance and still learning. Now I am able to maintain aircrafts of the boeing and Airbus that is really great.

Sujit Sutradhar:

Munshigonj is my home city. I always interested to work with Aircrafts. I made thousand of models by paper in my childhood. Now I am in Shannon Aerospace Limited in Ireland and everyday working with aircraft of Boeing and Airbus. This is not a dream for me now. This is now reality for me. I like challenging aircraft maintenance career. Every aircrafts are landing in Shannon Airport with hundreds of passengers. After unloading those passengers, new hundreds of passengers are coming in board and this vehicles are taking of with them. At night, when I close my eyes even I don’t believe that I am maintaining aircrafts Boeing and Airbus of the world reputed airlines SAS and Lufthansa.

Md Aktarul Alam:

I am Aktarul Alam from Old town of  Dhaka city. I got admission in the College of Aviation Technology. All of my bosom friends went to other Engineering institution for Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering. But I decided to get admission in the College of Aviation Technology in Aeronautical Engineering. I took part in the EASA Part 66 AML Cat B1. In 2012, College of Aviation technology sent me to the Shannon Aerospace Limited for Workshop Practical Training, Aircraft Practical Training. After successful completion of WPT & APT, I joined in the OJT in the Shannon Airport in the hanger of the SAL. I am very happy to be an Intern of the Lufthansa Technik AG Shannon Aerospace Limited.
